Job Context
we are going to hire a talented youth, energetic, professional, diversified female employee in its Communication Wings department.
Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product and service information to customers and assisting with their purchase decisions.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue opportunities for customer engagement and growth.
- Maintain all kinds of VAT & Tax deducting at source where applicable.
- Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies and programs to improve customer loyalty.
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Managing customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback.
- Creating and maintaining reports on customer engagement and satisfaction metrics.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
- Your specific job responsibilities may vary based on the needs of your organization and the specific focus of your CRM role (e.g. B2B, B2C, sales, service, etc.).

Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
At least 2 year(s)

- Age 25 to 40 years.

- Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
- Good oral & written communication skills both in English & Bengali.
