MdRabiul Alam is a HR professional has more than 13 years of solid experience in HR analytics, HR Planning & Budgeting, Change Management. PMS align all departments towards Organizational objectives, Competency Framework and Competency based Interview (CBI) process, Assessment center, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Policy Making and implementation and Capacity Development and HR Automation.

He has completed his MBA in HRM from Cardiff Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, Post-Graduation Degree (PGD) in Business Management from ATHE, United Kingdom and MDP from IBA, University of Dhaka.

He served in different renowned organizations like British American Tobacco Bangladesh, SDS College, London, and Pro-staffers LLC, Anwar Group of Industries etc. In Anwar Group of industries he was acting as a Project Manager during HR Automation project.

He is highly skilled and professional assessor in CBI process and Project Management for Business Automation project.
