Md. Ariful Islam, MBA is born in 1981 in Chatmohor, Pabna. After completing his bachelor, he started his career in SSSL as Assistant Manager, HRD. He served HRD and Admin for around 4 years with dignity and pride. In 2013,
He rejoined Sentry Security as Senior Manager in its Operations Department, which is the core steam of the Business to service its clients and serves for about a year. In 2014, He took over the charge of the SSSL Human Resource Department as an opportunity to work on personnel Management and quality development of security personnel through its training school with the help of available training resources.

In January 2015, the gentleman has been selected to serve as Area Manager, Dhaka facilities for one of our prestigious clients Chevron Bangladesh to ensure HR and Admin Support where He would be leading an independent dedicated wing to serve Chevron as a priority. He is continuously ensuring quality security in alignment with Chevron Safety Culture in April 2019 ha has been promoted as Project Manager, SSSL Chevron Project. He is also maintaining company KPI every Quarterly by maintaining well up to the mark CHESM, MVS, FFD, Security Background Check (SBC), and many more safety and security tools.

He has done a number of Security related professional training by Certifies Security Professional of Chevron Bangladesh. Also completed Investigation, fraud and loss prevention Terrorist Threats Crisis and Business Continuity Management under TESMA United Kingdom In early 2010 Mr. Ariful Islam went abroad to pursue higher studies and obtained his MBA from London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom by the year 2012. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Asian University of Bangladesh in 2005.
